After kneading, this heavy-bodied clay becomes malleable, and because it dries slowly, you may take your time shaping it into the pattern you choose. Once dried, the clay can be sanded, drilled, painted, or disappeared, making it ideal for free form sculpting. With a little thought, almost any decorative object can be made. Dries to earthenware hardness in about 24 hours (depending on thickness). Traditional pottery techniques can be used with non-traditional ways like stamping or the addition of objects to your creation. Mont Marte Air Hardening Modelling Clay can be worked with standard pottery tools.
